A short documentary on a singular building as representation of the city. An individual building can be representative of the city that contains it: not only in terms of its architecture but also of the society that inhabits in said city and the transformations that take place there. This is the central hypothesis of the project The Block. The documentary, dedicated to the community of the Agustinas Moneda Building in Santiago de Chile, intends to record a condition that in spite of an appearance that seems stable could be transitory and ephemeral; to freeze, in this way, a fragment of time and space in the center of a metropolis that is rapidly transforming.
